Terms and Conditions

Use of the Biz Builder's System may be revoked at anytime with cause due to willful violation of these terms without any reimbursement to the member required on behalf of Infinity Marketing, Inc..

Member (or potential member) agrees to not advertise any Biz Builder's System site to the public without the express WRITTEN permission from Infinity Marketing, Inc.

Members of Biz Builder's System are NOT employees of Infinity Marketing, Inc. or agents thereof. Agreements made between Biz Builder's System members and other parties, may not be honored by Infinity Marketing, Inc. No member shall have the right to bind on behalf of Infinity Marketing, Inc.

While Infinity Marketing, Inc., heavily monitors lead quality, Infinity Marketing, Inc., cannot be responsible for poor lead quality as third parties provide the leads purchased on the Biz Builder's System site. No member shall have claim upon Infinity Marketing, Inc.for non-performance of leads purchased on the Biz Builder's System site.

Infinity Marketing, Inc. shall not be responsible for claims made in any email that is sent out from the Biz Builder's System on behalf of the member. Email content and the accuracy thereof is the sole responsibility of the member.

Members shall NOT be eligible for monetary relief or damages resulting in server down time or complete server failure or other server errors resulting from but not limited to: server shut down due to Spam, blocked IP addresses, Hackers, security breaches, acts of government, acts of God.

It is the sole responsibility of the member to remove leads from their systems that request the same via email response directly to the member.

Infinity Marketing, Inc. may refuse the right to service any member who is representing a company, product or opportunity that Infinity Marketing, Inc. deems untrustworthy, fraudulent or otherwise a nuisance to society. Judgment of such companies/products/opportunities shall be the sole discretion of Infinity Marketing, Inc..

It is against this Infinity Marketing, Inc. user agreement to promote any company, product or opportunity engaged in the following industries: pornography (any variety or rating), violence, terrorism, nationalism, cults, illegal substances, alcohol, tobacco, prostitution, gambling, pyramids schemes, criminal gangs, and ethnic prejudice. Members promoting such industries/products/opportunities shall be terminated and damages sought to the maximum allowable as determined by a court of law.

In the event of breach, Infinity Marketing, Inc. reserves the right to prosecute the member(s) in any legal jurisdiction Infinity Marketing, Inc. deems most beneficial to Infinity Marketing, Inc. In such event, member agrees to pay for the court, travel and attorney costs incurred by Infinity Marketing, Inc. in collecting damages. Further, member shall not be entitled any relief and/or reimbursment of leads purchased and membership fees.

Participation in the Biz Builder's System auto responder system is completely voluntary. Members may cancel their membership at any time. However, members agree that their leads may be resold to other members or to third parties.

When requesting a cancellation, members agree that unless they request cancellation before 10 days of their monthly billing, their account may be charged for one more additional month.

Infinity Marketing, Inc. does not guarantee, imply results, or success through using the system. All members use the Biz Builder's System system at their own risk.

Infinity Marketing, Inc. reserves the right to change and/or modify this agreement at anytime. It is the member's responsibility to return to this agreement often to insure they are acting within the limits thereof. By clicking the "agree" button on the application, I witness that I have read these terms and agree to abide with them.
